Guillaume Besse
Guillaume Besse was CEO of Prolitec SA, the France subsidiary of Prolitec Inc for four years until September 2005. During that time, he led the product development, sales and marketing programs at Prolitec. Previously, he was president of nFactory, a leading European content syndicator, which he founded in May 1999 and sold to Bertelsmann in 2001. Prior to nFactory, Guillaume was Manager at Publicis Technology, and he founded Full Resource, a software consulting organization. During his various assignments in the Silicon Valley, Guillaume gained extensive experience on technological innovation, and gave lectures on the topic. Guillaume graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris with an M.S. in computer science.

Liza Graves
Liza Graves advises Prolitec on sales, marketing and business development and assists the company in recruiting personnel. Liza retired from the Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. in 2004, where she held a number of key positions including, Senior Vice President of Talent Management responsible for recruiting, as well as executive succession planning and workforce planning. She also served as Chief of Staff to the President and Co-CEO. She joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Schwab Institutional. Previously, she spent 15 years at American Express in marketing and sales management positions. She received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.A. from Bowdoin College.

Barry Mathes
Barry Mathes provides Prolitec the expertise and perspective of almost four decades in beauty industry manufacturing, quality assurance, product development and inventory management. He has held operational positions with Johnson & Johnson, Chanel, Avon and other companies. He also built Gryphon Development L.P from startup into an operational arm of Limited Brands generating more than $1.5 billion in annual retail sales and he also served as President of a third party manufacturing company specializing in personal care products. Barry holds an M.B.A. from Seton Hall University and a B.S. degree in Economics from the City College of New York.

Loretta McCarthy
Loretta McCarthy advises the company in the areas of marketing, distribution and branding. She is Principal of McCarthy Group LLC, which specializes in management strategy and marketing. She was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of OppenheimerFunds where she worked for 16 years, with responsibility for product management, new product development, brand management and communications. She was previously a Vice President of the American Express Company and a Divisional Manager of the Dayton-Hudson Corporation (currently Target Corporation). She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado and a B.A. from the University of Arizona.

Annette McEvoy
Annette McEvoy's primary role at Prolitec is overseeing the development of residential fragrance collections. She is currently President of A. McEvoy Associates, an independent retail consultancy which forecasts retail trends and provides company analyses and outlooks for the financial services sector. Previously, Ms. McEvoy held senior management positions in retail and wholesale consumer products companies, managing marketing, advertising, manufacturing, and global brand development. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President with Limited Brands Inc., where she led Bath & Body Works' strategic planning group. Additionally, Ms. McEvoy was part of the founding team of Bath & Body Works. Other senior management experience includes McCann Erickson Worldwide, Bristol Myers and L'Oreal. She received an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Business and a B.A. from Stanford University.

John Warbey
John Warbey advises Prolitec in matters pertaining to the UK and Asian markets in the areas of sales and marketing. He is particularly involved with dealers, resellers and strategic partners. He brings to Prolitec substantial knowledge of international procurement, pricing and financing. He has been Managing Director and Executive Chairman of Caxton Publishing Company Ltd, an international publishing company. He created and was Managing Director for FBM Marine Group , a marine technology company with offices in the UK, United States, Sweden, Singapore and the Philippines. In addition, he has served as a Manager of Rawlinson and Hunter, an international accounting firm based in London. John was educated in the UK at Charterhouse School, Godalming, and is a Fellow in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
